Do they celebrate Halloween in Turkey?
Thanks to the IL ANG I'm going to get to spend 20 days in Turkey this year. Now I would love to spend 3 weeks traveling the country and seeing everything but I think I'm gonna be lucky to see the Alley (a street just outside base where a G.I. can get some shopping done). I guess the good thing will be that I'll fly home the 19th of November, just in time to enjoy some good old fashion Thanksgiving cooking with my friends and family.

OK so I got left for Turkey on the 31st and got here the 1st so I don't know.
After working a 12 hour night the fist night I got here and then a 12 hour day it took me like 20 minutes after I woke up to figure out what day it is.
Other then that all I can tell is that we must be here during the rainy season.
Balls....
I leave here on the 18th and we have a package restriction but I'll be in the Alley as soon as I get off the computer so let me check with him on how long it will take to get some made and I can always send them to you via US mail from here. What do you think?
